Access is restricted to adults aged 18 or over. Altromondo may request suitable proof of age or identity. Access may be refused where proof is missing, in case of inappropriate behaviour, breaches of the house rules or security concerns.
An online registration or reservation becomes binding only once confirmed by the system or by Altromondo. Depending on the event, a registration may initially be placed on a waiting list. Being placed on the guest list does not guarantee a specific place or that the event will take place.
Personal information must be accurate, current and used for the person concerned. Sharing a reservation confirmation or confirmation code with another person is not permitted.
The prices shown for the event, at the entrance or in the confirmed reservation apply. The price confirmed for the relevant event date and ticket type is decisive. Altromondo may set deposits, payment deadlines and different walk-in prices for individual events.
A deposit is credited only if confirmed by Altromondo. Refunds are handled under the conditions communicated for the event and subject to mandatory statutory rights.
Cancellation must be made through the secure link provided, the user profile or in accordance with Altromondo's instructions. In case of non-attendance, late cancellation or missing confirmation, a reservation may be treated as a no-show under the event conditions.
All guests must respect the house rules, staff instructions and the boundaries of other guests. Any sexual or personal interaction requires the free, explicit and revocable consent of everyone involved. Harassment, pressure, discrimination, violence, photography or filming, drug dealing and other unlawful acts are prohibited.
In case of a breach, Altromondo may ask a person to leave without refunding amounts already paid and may refuse future access, to the extent permitted by law.
Photography and video recording are permitted only in specifically designated areas and with the necessary consent. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable data-protection laws.
Altromondo is liable in accordance with applicable law. Liability for intent or gross negligence, harm to life, body or health, and mandatory statutory claims remains unaffected. Liability for personal belongings is limited to the extent provided by law.
Altromondo may change the programme, opening hours, prices or organisational arrangements for an objective reason. If an event is cancelled or substantially changed, Altromondo will inform affected guests and handle payments in accordance with the law and the event conditions communicated.

French law applies, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions. For consumers, the statutory rules on competent jurisdiction apply. For other disputes, the legally permitted court at the operator's registered office has jurisdiction.
If any provision is invalid or becomes unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The legally permissible provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the affected provision shall replace it.
